Our vision at ON BROADWAY DENTISTRY is for our patients to experience an "old fashioned" family-owned office with a twist. We are not a corporate office as each patient is treated as family. Our patient retention is above 90%. We have the latest and greatest technology, utilize the best labs, and have a dental team that is exceptionally qualified in all dental modalities. Great dentist office in Mesa! Near Leisure World and also worth the drive if you live farther. The staff is caring, super friendly, and efficient! Bonus points for a great cash plan if you don’t have insurance. I loved my visit…yes, you can love going to the dentist :)
Excellent experience. My x-ray tech was very careful and thorough and made it as comfortable as possible. Dr. Nour was very thorough in her examination and explained everything she found. She actually took pictures of the teeth that needed treatment and we discussed what procedures needed to be done now and what we could watch for a bit. I was very pleased with my whole visit. All of the staff is very helpful and pleasant. I’m pleased to be a patient there.
When I first walked in the door I was greeted by a gentleman that was so nice and entertaining that it put a smile on my face including the decor. Even the rooms were decorated nicely. Dr. Richins was able to get me in right away and both him and his assistant made me feel comfortable as I’m not fond of having to see the dentist. Everyone I encountered was very professional and friendly. I like this place!
I've been to a number of Dental Offices across the country in my long life. And I have to say that that On Broadway Dentistry is by far the best that I have ever had the pleasure in being cared for. The moment I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile by the front staff. I felt comfortable with Dr. Troy Richins. He explained in detail the work that would be done on my teeth and I was agreeable to his professional assessment. What surprised me is that he wanted to start immediately that same day of his assessment. I was super excited to get going on having a long awaited smile again. The staff who assisted the Dr. were also incredible. They make you feel comfortable as if you were part of a family. I'm scheduled to be back in there office in just a few days to further my dreams of a long awaited smile and looking forward on being there. KUDOS to the incredible staff.
This is such a blessing to have found a dental office that goes above and beyond for your safety and comfort. Treatment plans offer affordability. The staff, front office, vack office, billing, dentists, hygienist, dental assistants are all professional and caring. I do not do well in a dental chair, 😕. I must say they treat me very kind and make sure I am handling the procedure at all times. I love this dental office and staff. Wow, did I really say that about a dental office? ! Truth.!
