I had my wisdom teeth removed here, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Koos explained everything to me clearly before the procedure and even called me the night of the surgery to check on how I was doing, and when I called later with a question, he answered right away! The staff was also kind and welcoming from start to finish. They were transparent about pricing and gave me the lowest charge I could find for removing all four of my wisdom teeth. I really felt cared for throughout the whole process! Highly recommend!

Dr. Koos and his staff are amazing! When I arrived, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They were very patient with all my questions and concerns. During my consultation, Dr. Koos was extremely pleasant. I haven't seen a doctor with a bedside manner like this in a long time. He explained in detail what to expect the day of my wisdom tooth extraction and even found me a dentist close to home. On the day of my surgery, everyone made me feel at ease. I felt reassured that I was in the best care. Before surgery, I was asked what type of music I would like to hear...that was a nice surprise. I really felt that my comfort was a top priority. After surgery, I was given detailed instructions regarding my recovery and Dr. Koos even said he would follow-up with me later in the evening to check on me...and he did! I would definitely refer Dr. Koos and Ora Studio to anyone who is looking for exceptional service and a knowledgeable dental surgeon.

I was terrified to have anything done to my mouth. I have been afraid of dentist since I was a child. When I found out I needed to have 3 teeth along with a wisdom tooth removed because root canals went bad, I really freaked out on the inside...calm and cool on the outside. I live 4.5 hours away from my daughter who was going to be my care giver so I had to do some research. I was blessed to find Dr. Koos and his team. I found them to have amazing reviews and believe me, the reviews are true. His team made me feel so safe and comfortable. Their cost was reasonable. I did not feel that I was being price gouged. Surgery-I picked my music to listen to while I was going under and was surprised that when I woke up Panic at the Disco was still playing. Everything was explained to me in detail before I went under, from the blood pressure cuff, the teeth being removed, the laughing gas and getting pricked by the needle. Dr. Koos has an amazing bedside manner and so does his team. Even with them talking about food before I went under which kind of made me laugh since I had not been able to eat anything....their conversation made me happy and relaxed because in my mind this let me know that they were relaxed and knew what they were doing. I only felt the prick of the needle before I was out. When I woke up I did have pain but Dr. Koos and his team took care of it. Dr. Koos called me late in the evening to check on me. I have not had that type of care since I was a kid and had pneumonia. You just do not get that type of care anymore. It is refreshing that Dr. Koos cares about his patients this much. I highly recommend Dr. Koos. My recovery is going well. Is there pain...of course there is but that is the nature of the beast and I am following all of his instructions. Dr. Koos and Team, thank you so much for making this experience relaxing. I am truly impressed with your service and will be bringing my daughter to see you all to have her wisdom teeth removed.
