Amazing… for the moment I walked in the front door the staff was amazing! The procedure went smoothly… no complications… easy recovery!! Loved that they called in 24 hours to check on me and see if I needed anything!! Dr. and all his staff were so kind and helpful!! Would recommend 100%
This is a place where the employees go above and beyond expectations. Prior to my pre-surgery evaluation of having a molar extracted, I cut my finger deeply with a new, very sharp knife. I patched it up enough to stop the bleeding, then hurried to my appointment; tossing extra gauze, bandaids, and medical tape in my purse. As I checked in at the front desk, I asked if they had a pair of scissors I could borrow so I could do a better job on my finger, but after hearing of my injury, they whisked me back to an examination room, and Dr. McIntire kindly looked at my finger, pronounced that I would need some stitches, then rebandaged it; no charge! That was extremely kind! It made me feel better about the tooth extraction, that went about as well as could be expected. Somehow, I did not get a syringe in my bag, and when I called the OMA Office, they offered to bring one to me, which I deeply appreciated, as I was definitely not feeling too great with 3 stitches in a finger and a jaw that was a bit painful from the extraction. Again, the employees here showed not only great kindness, but also went above and beyond expectations. The only thing I would do differently would be to undergo anesthesia, as the sound of the tooth being pulled was very disturbing. If you need an oral surgeon for any reason, I highly recommend Dr. McIntire!
Day of surgery staff was so kind and meek! I was sent home with a little dental kit that was well needed for my recover! I loved the after visit call to follow up to check in after surgery :-)
I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Searcy using anesthesia. From my pre-op appointment to the calls the day after the procedure the staff was highly professional and caring. I can’t explain how much I dreaded having this procedure. But the care I received was top notch. I feel great and really don’t have much swelling or pain. I highly recommend this office and would trust them with any procedure needed with my teeth.
Dr. McIntyre and staff rock. They were very nice and worked to move my appointment up when the pain increased. My tooth was painlessly extracted in no time. I expected a little pain once the numbing wore off, but was pleasantly surprised when there was none. They also checked up on me after a couple days to make sure all was fine.
