They took great care of my baby boy! I love how the doctor called us that evening to check on him and left his number incase we needed anything. You can tell his patients truly matter to him and he cares about them! I will trust Dr. Searcey will all of my sons oral needs.
If you need dental surgery, just go see Dr. Saumer and his team — trust me on this one. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Saumer is a true professional: personable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. The staff is phenomenal — super kind, thoughtful, and even had a fellow Canadian on board (bonus points for that!). The surgery went way better than I could’ve imagined… and I do have to imagine, because I don’t actually remember it. Five stars, no hesitation. Highly recommend — and definitely ask for the laughing gas. You’ll thank me later.
Staff said I would most likely not have to pay an additional $848.40. However, one phone call to GEHA would have confirmed this service was not covered. My mistake was trusting staff. When I asked about the situation, the hateful staff had a big laugh at my expense. I would highly recommend calling insurance company yourself. Also, business should install audio cameras in business area to insure patients like me aren't highly disrespected. I still have all paperwork from this disastrous, humiliating office visit.
I would recommend this place again and again. Me and my husband both had our wisdom teeth out at the same time. They were so kind and patient with us. Explained everything they were going to do let us ask a million questions and then followed up with us later on after we had gone home to make sure we were doing ok. Highly recommend them. The staff from the front desk all the way to the back are amazing.
