I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Dingman, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Dingman was very professional and made me feel comfortable about the procedure. Daisy and Abby were fantastic — they helped calm my nerves before anesthesia and walked me through every step so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of Northern Arizona to anyone needing oral surgery!
Front desk team, nurses, and the doctor was SO KIND! I am pretty afraid of the dentist and they made me feel so much at ease. They helped answer any questions I had and made me feel as comfortable as possible! They were super sweet with helping me and helping me with the accommodations I needed! It was a great visit and I couldn't have been happier. THANK YOU OM SURGEONS OF NORTHERN ARIZONA!! ☺️
Friendly, professional staff. Dr. Dingman is pleasant, knowledgeable and gave me a sound understanding of his prognosis pertaining to my current dental needs. I am comfortable with his thoughtful and careful approach, in regards to my care.
I was in so much pain and struggle with anxiety. I let everyone know that I’ve only ever had horrible anesthesia experiences. Not from doctors, just the meds. But yesterday? They were kind and gentle. Had me really comfortable and helped me to feel safe. I started to feel the meds and boom! They were waking me up and I felt so great! No screaming or fear. Just so much relief from the pain being gone. It was such a good experience I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I had just been there with my ten year old daughter and had such a great visit with them as well🩷 These guys are wonderful🩷
The Doctor was very friendly, extremely professional. Explained everything very well,listened quietly, reviewed all my options and added details that answered all my concerns. He explained the surgical procedure, how to prepare for it,and all the questions I had for post surgery. His staff was polite, friendly, and professional. Going to the Doctor and Dentist is not on my list of favorite things to do, however being in good health is.Being treated like a real human being with real concerns and dignity instead of a 15 minute cash cow that is one of many lined up in the days chute makes one really appreciate fine doctors and staff! In short, Outstanding! Thank you Dr. Dingman and staff!
