My dad had a few teeth removed here, Dr. Porter was amazing. My dad felt zero pain during his procedure. The entire team were rockstars, and had the up most patience and compassion for my dad who is often a difficult patient! My dad said he felt like VIP, everyone was so kind and supportive. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about OMSA! I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years because, as a student, dental care just wasn’t affordable for me. Last week, I started experiencing excruciating tooth pain that kept me up for two nights straight. I went to a local dentist who referred me to Dr. Porter at OMSA. I was nervous and a little embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, but from check-in to consultation, Dr. Porter and his entire team treated me with kindness and compassion. They never made me feel judged or blamed, which was a huge relief after some discouraging past dental experiences. Dr. Porter took the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure I was as comfortable as possible while coming up with a treatment plan to relieve my pain. The nurses and dental assistants were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient—answering every question I had along the way. I was able to schedule my procedure the same day, and had my surgery that Friday. I’ll never forget the kindness Dr. Porter showed me during my visit. His generosity and genuine care for his patients truly stand out. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and plan to come back to OMSA for all my future dental needs. Thank you for restoring not only my smile but also my confidence in dental care!
I had been putting off the inevitable for years as I knew I had many missing broken and loose teeth. Dr Ratliff performed the surgery about a week and a half ago, pulling what was left and smoothing the bone back out for dentures that had already been made. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Ratliff and his staff. I would recommend them to anybody that may have been in the same situation I was in.

Dr. Ratliff and his entire team—front desk staff, Julia the treatment coordinator, surgical assistants, and nurses—were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, they answered every question, checked in constantly, and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Ratliff performed multiple procedures for me. His skill and the team’s professionalism made the entire experience incredibly smooth. He is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring—he even followed up a few hours after surgery. The level of professionalism, patience, and compassion from Dr. Ratliff and his team far exceeded my expectations. I truly can’t thank them enough!
