When I say that the staff was so kind and attentive to me. I was scared to death to go in there. My smile used to be the most beautiful part of me. And I slowly let it go until I have nothing but pieces. I was embarrassed ashamed, and they went above and beyond. They didn't look at me funny. They didn't judge me whatsoever. They were absolutely the most kind and facilitating people. I've yet to run into in any office kudos.To you guys, you deserve the best and best of reviews this isn't just receptionist or the other lady that checked me out. Also, the X raytech and also Dr. Singh, who kept time out of his busy day to come and explain things to me. Everyone was above and beyond. I can't thank you all enough. God bless each and every one of you. Thank you for making a really, really scary. Sad experience for me so much more pleasant than I could have ever imagined!!!! I have been to see Dr. Singh a few times now, and one of those he did oral surgery on me. I have nothing but great things to say about him so far. He is such a nice guy, non judgemental, very caring and very friendly. He did great on my surgery and we are working on a path forward for me. Thank you very much Dr. Singh for being such a wonderful person! After everything I've been through, I really appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and being so caring. I highly recommend Dr. Singh no matter what situation you are in! ❤️
The staff and Dr. Mortenson were great. Staff were reassuring and explained everything to me. Dr. Mortenson took every precaution to be certain we were taking out the offending tooth. Take home instructions were perfect. Five days out I am healing fine! Thx all!
The staff is here is very professional and competent! They made me feel safe and relaxed, and that I was in good hands. They did an entire mouth extraction in less than an hour, and I already feel better two days after the surgery! Would recommend to anyone and everyone who's ever been nervous about having dental work done. The sedation dentistry is awesome!
My daughter’s surgery for wisdom teeth extraction went very well. All of the medical staff, including Dr. Singh, treated my daughter with amazing compassion and care. Everyone is very professional and took the time to ensure I understand aftercare. I wholeheartedly recommend Oral & Facial Surgery Group (Frankfort).
