Would be much higher if the supporting staff and nurses were a little more informed. I requested to keep my wisdom teeth and they stated that ma be an option the nurse would just have to confirm. Well I left and the gave no info. I realized after coming to from anesthesia that we didn’t get them so I called. Upon calling the first rep I spoke to hung up without saying anything other than my teeth were thrown away. I was told by multiple people I’d be able to keep them. I tried calling a second time and was met with rudeness and cuteness. I would never refer someone here due to that reason. GO TO THE COLUMBUS LOCATION.
I've had multiple surgeries with Dr. Heape and he is amazing!! The staff is always welcoming and super friendly. I've heard nothing but wonderful things about all locations of OFS from my patients in orthodontics. Highly recommend!!
Ladies at the check out counter were nice, professional. I was extremely scared about having two wisdom teeth pulled, one impacted. I had never been under anesthesia before so I was internally panicking a little. Everyone reassured me and was super kind. I don’t even remember falling asleep. One minute the woman was taking my glasses, the next I was getting into the car with my husband. They were fast, efficient, kind, and helpful. Also prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine in case it’s needed. I would definitely say they are the place to go to for any oral surgery related issues
Staff were helpful, and friendly. Had tooth extraction that went well with no lasting issues.
Dr Chelsea Johnson and her nurses are the best.They went beyond to make me feel comfortable about the surgery I was having and answered all my concerns. You can tell she really care about her patients. The surgery I had, I thought I would be in pain and down for many days. I was only in pain for one day, that's the day after surgery because of the swelling. The next day I was up and doing good.I thank God for her. Those hands are a gift from God. She is one of the best oral surgeon. I pray God bless her beyond what she could ever imagine. Thank you Doctor Johnson❤️ for being a caring doctor.
