Overall, I feel that my surgery was done professionally and that I was taken care of very promptly at the clinic. My problem is the after care. I was given a very sparse amount of pain medication and antibiotics, which was intended to last a few days. The recovery for this procedure varies from person to person and when I inquired about relieving my pain levels, I was told to just take ibuprofen. That helps to a degree but you cannot put a bandaid on a broken bone. I work in a physically demanding environment and it has been very taxing trying to navigate doing my job and mitigating my 10/10 pain levels in my right lower jaw. I do not feel that my concerns were heard, or taken into consideration by the office. I have read through other reviews and noticed identical experiences from other patients. We do not want to get high. We want to feel as normal as possible so that we can function. I recommend using them for your procedure, but I do not recommend asking them for any assistance afterwards. Once your procedure is done and they get paid, you don’t really mean anything to them.
