Helped give me my smile back. And Dr Heiner was awesome and is very good at what he does to all the nurses and staff Thank you all for making this horrible time so much easier to handle. I had 21 teeth removed so this was not a easy task also I thought something like this would cost me well over 10 grand.. all under 5. I definitely recommend and will be going back for any of my other oral surgery needs.
Really nice people they made it warm and welcoming. The procedure went great I was in and out fast. They really changed my view on going to a dentist, and I will be using them again if I need any more dental care.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I previously had a terrible experience removing my bottom wisdom teeth (won't go into detail). The staff were so friendly and attentive, the doctor's explanation of what will happen was clear and comforting. I chose general anesthesia for the surgery, felt great after waking up, was given after care instructions, AND they called me to make sure I was doing okay. HIGHLEY RECOMMEND.
Dr Heiner is exceptional ! Per my request he extracted 2 of my broken teeth. The procedure was very quick and painless. I did not have a single issue after the procedure and am very happy to recommend Dr Heiner without any hesitation. In addition, his office staff was the best. They were always most helpful in letting me know all the what/when/how’s and just keeping me in the loop.
I got all four wisdom teeth extracted under general anesthesia and it went great! It was very fast and recovery has been easy. My husband called with a question after business hours and Dr. Heiner answered quickly and gave us advice. They even put my sweater back on after surgery and I'm almost certain I was incapable of doing so myself. Super kind and professional staff from the receptionist, billing, and nurses to Dr. Heiner. Hopefully I never need anymore teeth extracted but if I do I'm definitely coming back here.
