We have had the best experience with this facility. They have been so kind during each visit. They were very informative about things and asked us if we had any questions. After my daughter’s procedure they brought her to the car, buckled her in and gave detailed instructions to care for her when we got home. What topped it off for me was Dr. Morris calling personally to ask how she was doing. It meant so much to me because he made it personal. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
I had to make a major decision concerning my next step in this dental journey. I explored every avenue. I had my appointment yesterday with Dr. Morris. Not only did he put me at ease with my decision but he told me that he understood that it is a decision that can weigh heavy mentally and emotionally. I have been a patient of Dr. Morris for several years. I have the upmost respect for him not only as an oral surgeon but also as a person.
Thus far I have only had a consultation with Dr Frederick and the wonderful woman who took my X-ray and did all the intake work. They both were extremely welcoming and definitely put me at ease. Hopefully everything goes as well when it’s time to pull a tooth. Thanks to you both.
