I had Maxillomandibular Advancement Surgery to treat my obstructive sleep apnea on July 6, 2023 I had lots of anxiety & really had to mentally prepare myself, however my experience with the staff completely calmed me! Everyone has been extremely courteous, professional, informative & encouraging every step of the way! From my office visit, hospital stay to recovering at home they all went out of their way to check on me and make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend and Thank my doctors: Dr.Alotaibi, Dr.Masri & Dr.Kennedy! I’ve never met a group of Doctors, nurses & all staff that seems to care about the well being of their patients like they do!!

My surgery was June 21, 2018 @ 8am. I'm giving 4 stars to this clinic alone. The lady at the information desk in the lobby of the hospital itself was EXTREMELY rude. But the woman at the front desk of the oral surgery clinic was an absolute angel. These bad reviews on here had me a nervous wreck (literally in tears) going in to have my wisdom teeth removed but the experience wasn't bad at all. She answered any and every question I had with patience & compassion. I wish I remembered her name.. The drs doing my surgery were patient with me, gave me time to calm down, explained everything to me as many times as I asked, and over all they were fun to be around. I remember an assistant named Shelby was a sweetheart too. Before they put me under I started crying my eyes out & she comforted me. After I woke up, of course i was acting GOOFY, the same woman from the front desk of the clinic that did my intake and everything was still in the room with me letting me ask her all kinds of crazy questions and didn't seem to get annoyed by it at all and answered me with a smile every time. The older man that wheeled me out to the car was super nice as well. (That's about all I remember after waking up) lol So for anybody reading these reviews, don't let the few bad ones scare you. They treat thousands of patients I'm sure & those are probably just the few bad experiences out of the bunch :)

Just FYI... Something they fail to mention at your appointment is that you will be billed EXTRA just because you signed their little "consent to treat" form. I just paid the amount they told me to pay and I just got billed 400$. I called to dispute it and she literally told me since I signed that consent to treat form, they can charge me extra whatever they please. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THIS! Oh and not to mention, my actual tooth extraction was a living nightmare. They are totally unprofessional, threw around tools on top of me, hit my gums with the tongue depressor, BARELY gave me pain medication. All in all, I give this ZERO stars, they are dishonest, unprofessional, and TERRIBLE!

The reason they don’t answer phones is because they too busy up here talking about things that don’t need to be talked about at work

I had already had a bad experience with this clinic but given the fact that I have Medicaid and needed actual oral surgery, I had no choice but to give them another chance. Needless to say, they failed again. Went in for day surgery under the impression that I was having 8 teeth extracted only to discover right b4 being wheeled into surgery that they were taking 12! When I asked about it I was told " we're not taking anything we don't need to" so now I'm left with no teeth to even smile with and I'm only 35 yrs old. Ntm, they bruised my face so badly& cut my chin during surgery to where I looked like I had been in a bad car accident. Then, if that wasn't enough, I was treated totally different post surgery than I was pre-surgery. Find another oral surgeon that excepts Medicaid if at all possible.
