Referred by family dentist. Staff got me an appointment the very next day. I had a significant amount of pain before and during the injections but that was due to the condition I was there for. Dr. Cole and his staff got me in for appointments three days in a row and no wait time. Front office staff and dental assistants/nurses were incredible. They did everything to make me as comfortable as possible and post op education was great. Dr. Cole also ensured I had pain control at home and the after hours number in case of decline in condition. Both office sites are equally as good!
Great Dr and staff! Highly recommend! My mom had a spot on the inside of her cheek and was really nervous about getting it checked out. Dr Cole and his staff, Becca, Leesa and Kelly, were incredibly kind and patient with my mom. They made her feel heard and comfortable with a warm blanket during her procedure!! She can not stop raving after the ease of her procedure and how well everyone took care of her at her visit. Thank you Dr Cole for taking care of my mom!!
Dr Cole is a skilled Surgeon who was very compassionate during my broken jaw procedure. I also loved the staff especially Kelly, Becca, and Leesa. I received excellent care from Dr Cole and all the staff.
Highly recommend Dr. Cole and his whole team. Got all 4 wisdom teeth removed in one go and the pain/swelling was so minimal, I didn’t even need to take the prescribed pain meds or use ice packs. The team is all very nice and the entire process from consultation to surgery was a mere 3-4 weeks. My only complaint is that I felt somewhat rushed to leave after the anesthetic wore off, but honestly you kind of feel lightheaded the whole day after surgery and lying in bed at home is a lot more comfy than the post-op area LOL!
My daughter was in a pretty severe four-wheeler accident broken nose filleted her lip open with one or two of her teeth Dr Cole was so gentle how does meet him at his office as it was on a Sunday put my daughter under and she never felt a thing unlike the experience she had at the emergency room where they did not anesthetize her at all to reset her nose. I recommend him to everyone my husband does as well dental profession. AAAAA++++++
