I really appreciate Dr. Jeffrey Collins for performing wisdom surgery to me on Sep 11, 2025! I visited him for consultation first. One nurse and Dr. Jeffrey Collins were very friendly and knowledagble. I was very scared for the wisdom surgery so I delayed it for many years. This time, I had to do this surgery and searched multiple clinics and figured out Dr. Jeffrey Collins in this specific clinic is in my network. Dr. Jeffrey Collins's calmess, professionalism, and knowledge made me feel better and decide to remove my four widsome teeth. After my successful surgery, I seldom had side effects and pains. The clinic's post surgery process is also smoothy. A nurse called me to ask how was I doing after one day of my surgery, which made me feel warm. I also called the clinic's office monthly to ask when I can receive my refund. The staff was friendly as well to explain to me the process. After three months (may be due to a slow process by my insurance to deal with my claims), I received a refund from the clinic! I appreciate Dr. Jeffrey Collins and his team for helping me overcome one of my fears and have an awesome experience! I would recommend him to my family and friends!
Dr Collins was very nice and explained the upcoming procedure I would need including pros/cons, what to expect, etc. He reassured me about any concerns I had. The woman that brought me back to the room noticed that I was anxious & reassured me and was overall incredibly kind and made me feel a lot better about being there.
Probably the worst experience I’ve had. I had a wisdom teeth appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM, but by 4:10 PM I still hadn’t seen the doctor. I got so frustrated that I left, feeling like my time was completely wasted. If you have a scheduled appointment, I’d suggest showing up at least an hour late to actually be seen on time. Overall, a terrible experience I won’t be coming back.
I was nervous about my tooth extraction, but Dr. Balcerak immediately put me at ease. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure went smoothly, and I’m very pleased with the care I received. Highly recommend Dr. Balcerak!
Dr. Collin’s and his staff were amazing. I went in for consultation to have infected wisdom tooth removal and ended up having procedure same day due to infection. Dr Collin’s and his assistants made the whole procedure and experience very much painless. They explained the steps and what would be happening.
