polite staff and had an easy time bringing my baby with me. dr is nice as well. however they overcharge for services here. was quoted $1500 for a single tooth extraction when the normal max is usually $600. beware if you do not have incredible good dental coverage or expect to pay over the top. i will be finding a different place for my extraction
I came here over 10 years ago, I would never forget the very good dentist who gave me good care and treatment for destruction on my wisdom tooth that the other "neighbor" dentist have done and almost killed me. This dentist surgically removed my 3 wisdom teeth in under 15 minutes and cleaned up the mess that the other incompetent dentist next door neighbor dentist office have done. I am still grateful and thankful for what this dentist in oral & maxillofacial surgery has done for me. I wish this office do general dental services and I would always come here. Thank you -Mara
If i could give this man 0 stars I would. I was excited to finally have my took extracted today and as soon as the so called doctor came in the room he was instantly very rude. He sat down and was making me feel exteamly uncomfortable about wanting gas on top of the local anesthetic. Said i was questioning his ability to do this....any doctor that actually cares about their patients would never make someone feel so little. I wish i would have recorded this man bc no one will ever believe how bad it was. I explained I WASNT questioning his ability, after he told me about 16 times he was the expert, we came to him for a reason, he knew what he was doing....i said "okay fine bro lets do it." To get on a common ground with this guy and can you believe he said "so you're calling me bro because im black." Along with "the gas is 100 and if you want your dentist to do it then have him do it, oh wait he cant thats why youre here." And "first of all...." i mean who talks to 20 year old patients this way??? Then he asks us to leave. Keep in mind im now in tears and as im in the lobby gathering myself he comes out and tells me hes callling the police on me and I stand in his lobby and cry my eyes out. This was the most unprofessional and heartless thing I've experienced. I came home and called 5 other dentist trying to get an appointment since this is an emergency and I told every one of them what he did to me. Everyone of them felt so sorry for me and said it was normal to want gas and they cant believe i was treated that way. And got an appointment 2 days later from someone thay actually cares!!!!!!!
BEWARE that one of the 4* ratings is from the dentist himself !!!!! I don't know the people who had bad experiences, but have also read bad experiences about this dentist on other sites Anyone who is that rude to their patients is not a professional, I'll be driving the xtra 1-1/2 hrs to knoxville to go to someone who has 5***** rating for professionalism and procedures
This person is not telling the truth about what was charged to her. She needed several teeth extracted and she was given a quote for the entire treatment. This is a misrepresentation especially after the kind way in which she was treated during her need.
