Worth the trip from Kalamazoo to remove a cracked back tooth. The Plainwell office is open only 2 days a week and were scheduled WAY out. The Kentwood location was able to see me within a week. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Being able to register online made the process alot easier the day of my appointment. Dr. Ooi and his staff were thorough, taking necessary time to explain my procedure. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible with every aspect of my care. Checking out at the Front Office was simple and quick. Very helpful and polite. Thank you for the wonderful care!! My only suggestion is to get better signage outside of the building by the road.
Great experience with this team! Katie was exceptionally helpful getting me scheduled as soon as possible due to pain. The staff at the office the day of my procedure were very efficient and personable from start to end. Dr. Brooks and his assistant were amazing! Because of their process, I felt no pain and the procedure was completed quickly. No issues afterwards. I highly recommend them based on my experience.
Brant Erbentraut is calm, kind and very skilled. He calmed my fears regarding my tooth implant (and additional tooth extraction on the same visit). I recommend him. The office was efficient and welcoming. (I dragged my heels for a long time to avoid the implant procedure and in retrospect the anticipation was far worse than the surgery).
Very impressed with this office and Dr. Ooi. The receptionists were very kind and patient and knowledgeable on all kinds of insurance. Dr. Ooi took so much time with me and listened to the symptoms I was having after a traumatic accident. He listened intently and with empathy, he was 100% present in the room with me. He also did a great job of explaining the multi step healing process I had ahead of me and it was important to him that I had a realistic picture of what to expect. In a world where insurance companies incentivize providers to see as many patients as possible, I am always impressed by the doctors who remain committed to spending time with their patients and go the extra mile to really explain everything. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ooi and his team, you will be in great hands here!
Recently had a wisdom tooth removed. The whole mostly painless process took 30 minutes from getting there to getting back to my car. The office is friendly and welcoming and the employees make you feel right at home. See Dr. Robinson and he and the office will take very good care of you
