I highly recommend Dr. Timothy I. Zuck. I had been having progressive pain from a molar for nearly 2 weeks. I was referred by my dentist to Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. They were able to get me in the next morning at which time my pain was 8/10 excruciating agony. From the moment i work up from the tooth extraction the pain was gone. I had no pain with only miner swelling from the procedure. It felt like a miracle. Dr. Zuck was amazing as well as the other staff. I am very grateful!!! Dr. Zuck actually called me the day after my procedure to ask how I was doing. The service and professionalism is on point.
My daughter needed her 4 wisdom teeth removed. She is very nervous of getting stuck with a needle. They gave her gas first to help her relax. Then they were able to hook her up to an IV. Everything went well and her recovery from anesthesia was fairly quick. Dr. Bergstrom is nice and informative. He talked to us as if talking to a friend and took the time to explain what she would be getting done and what her treatment at home would be. The Dr. called back over the weekend to check on her and see how she was doing which I thought was very thoughtful. She is recovering well, tho she does have really cute “chipmunk cheeks”
Dr. Zuck is a professional and a gentleman. My extraction had potential complications. I'm already afraid of dental work. I was given upfront information and a complete treatment plan. I was provided comfort and information that let me relax. The staff was amazing. They let me know what to expect and helped me thru the whole process. I'm terrified of dental work and everyone on site helped me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you o&msfc team. YOU GUYS ROCK!
Dr. Nick Tseffos, OMFS Fox Cities front office staff, and Dr. Tseffos' clinical staff were all so kind and lovely to work with! Dr. Tseffos is extremely knowledgeable and talented. He explained everything thoroughly, took time to answer my many questions, and was personable and patient with me. What an excellent chair-side manner! The extraction, grafting and implant procedures were exactly as explained beforehand. Dr. Tseffos was very efficient, which I am always grateful for. I experienced no pain, and outcome was excellent. My son had 4 extractions completed by Dr Tseffos and his team. From the consultation to the appt, the team worked so well with with us, from sitting down one on one with Dr, talking about treatment plan to the day of the appointment I just had so much confident in the work that they do. I specifically requested for Dr T and am so happy that I did. We were all smiles at the end of the appointment. Recovery is going great!
