Very disappointed! Anderson staff is very rude, they that said I was lying when we said we never saw a Dr. at Anderson for a consultation. They showed us a 10 min video and told us we had to go to their other office for our insurance (Cigna) to cover the procedures. They then gave us an estimate based on our insurance and we were willing to pay that amount. On the day of the surgery we paid the out of pocket amount we agreed on. Now months later they are coming back to us saying the insurance will only cover a small amount of what they charged. I called our insurance and were told that they are considered as tier 3 in the network which is the same as being out of network. Now we have a very large bill. Had they been upfront about being out of network we would never have gone there. They are very dishonest and don’t put patients or wellbeing of clients ahead of getting you in and out and getting $$$. Stay away please.
Dr. Deshmukh was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. before my appointment with Dr. Deshmukh, my last dental experience was nothing short of horrific. I left that practice in excruciating pain, and none of the doctors, dentists, nurses, or even wait staff had an ounce of sympathy for it, and sent me out without even so much as a cookie (figuratively speaking, of course), and this was for only one extraction. my appointment with Deshmukh was for eight. Dr. Deshmukh made me feel heard and cared for from the first consultation to the final pain prescription, for which I only needed three pills of when it was all said and done. I am fully healed now, and am forever grateful to this practice for their exceptional work and world-class care.
I had an upper back tooth that needed to be extracted which was a difficult challenge. Dr. Emami did a great job! Friendly and helpful staff from beginning to end. Dr. Emami was patient with my consultation, to include finding the best anesthesia solution for me, and was caring and thorough in helping remove my tooth. He has my highest recommendation!
I had such a fantastic experience with Dr. Emami and team! My case was extremely complicated and Dr. Emami made me feel comfortable from Day 1. Almost 3 years later my life has completely changed! He was extremely thorough and communicated the whole time. I would absolutely 1000% do it again!
Dr. Emami has been a huge blessing during my journey with implants and the surgeries that my specific case plan called for. There has never been a time my questions or concerns were not answered and or addressed in a way where he goes over and above what I’ve expected. He has unbelievable patience with my anxiety over my healing process. He is willing to get me in his office anytime I need even if it’s just to reassure me everything is healing like it’s suppose to. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for an oral surgeon. I walk into his office a nervous wreck over my healing and my whole surgery journey and he talks me off the ledge by giving me knowledge and understanding of the process as a whole. I appreciate Dr. Emami, and am so pleased with him as a surgeon and a doctor with great patient understanding. Not only is he a great surgeon, he understands sometimes your patients need emotional support and an occasional pep talk during their journey as well. I can’t say enough positive things about him. He’s changed my life!
