Dr. Hyneman and his dental assistants really took care of me and made me feel comfortable before and during my wisdom teeth extraction. Job well done! Also the receptionist Mrs. Maddie and Nikki were very helpful with the questions I’ve inquired about before and after extraction. I will highly recommend family & friends to this provider. I was greeted by a friendly and professional office staff. Dr Ishmial explained my condition, showed photographs to further my understanding and described the treatment plan in full. Everything went well with my procedure. Post-op care plan was typed out and given to me with my prescriptions. Follow up care scheduled with instructions to call if I needed anything before my next visit. I felt cared for.
From the initial consult Dr. Hyneman and all of his staff were genuinely and gently engaging at all times. From scheduling to procedure the experience was smooth and sensitive with an excellent outcome. In particular, their newest procedure chair was amazingly comfortable. This is particularly true as I suffer from significant back and neck issues.
Dr. Harris has done multiple dental implants for me over the years, and the results have always been perfect. He's one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet, and he obviously loves the work he does. Their anesthesia is the best out of any surgical procedure I've had, so if you're someone who gets a lot of anxiety about dental work, this is the place to go.
Dr. Ismail and his staff are incredible. I was very anxious for a tooth extraction. They made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. There is a lady with blonde hair who was assisting and she even offered to hold my hand through the procedure. After the extraction, I’ve had virtually zero pain. I thought I’d be in a lot of pain but that’s not the case. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Ismail and his staff. You will not be disappointed.
