Dr Brock and his team were amazing during my extractions. They explained everything thoroughly at the consultation, and again at the surgery date. The whole procedure took less than an hour, and he made sure that I was doing okay the whole time. He was very understanding of my anxiety, and made me feel at ease. The front staff was also super friendly, and the doctors assistants as well. I also want to give a shout out to Dr Johnson who was the on call doctor for after hours. He put my mind at ease when I was having questions at home! Everyone has been amazing and really looks out for your best interest. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to have extractions done.
For the purpose of having a tooth extracted, I have to say the surgeon and assistants made the experience as Pleasant as one could hope to have . They were kind, patient, reassuring, and very low key. The numbing process went smoothly and I was surprised at how quickly and thoroughly it worked.
Very short wait to be roomed. Nurse took my info easily and pleasantly. Dr came in quickly. Received my anesthesia injections quickly and mostly painlessly, tooth was extracted quickly and again mostly painlessly. Altogether a fairly pleasant visit. I arrived about twenty minutes early and was leaving five minutes after my original appointment time. Great service! Thank you!
I had a great experience. I was glad they done the surgery that day. I have a fear of dentist. I had no fear. Dr. Stephen Ridenour told me everything that was going to happen. Both he and his assistant were very kinda. I would go back to them. Thank you.
I am over the top pleased with the care I received! My nurse and doctor were both wonderful!!! Most importantly I was in pain and they saw me very quickly, unlike the oral surgeons in the town I live in. Thank you so much!
