I had my wisdom teeth removal a week ago and Dr.Brown was amazing! She made the whole process so smooth and comfortable. I was in and out in no time and she takes her time to explain things which really helped. 10/10 recommend Dr.Brown!! The staff and nurses that helped was also great and so kind.
I waited over 2 hours to even be seen to get one tooth cut out yesterday. Parking was absolutely terrible, the staff seemed to be taking their time until it came to get my tooth out. Getting numbed has never felt as painful as it did yesterday. After I was numb I had to wait another 30 minutes before anyone came in to check on me and once they started taking the tooth out they were very rough and seemed to be rushing the whole process. I will not be coming back to this office again as the service was terrible.
Unfortunately my elderly father was treated very poorly by the staff here. He was medicated prior to oral surgery, waited well past his appointment time (over an hour), and then was told they would not be performing his surgery that day. The office staff was particularly rude, with the receptionist ( initials MH) lacking all aspects of professionalism. MH slammed the office window in his face while he was asking about the wait time, and then proceeded to gossip with her coworkers. Please be aware before visiting an establishment for care that treats vulnerable and compromised patients with such poor behavior.
Staff was very efficient. Despite the waiting room being packed, and us being slightly late for the appointment they got me back to begin surgery quickly. The process was thorough and I was in very minimal pain after the procedure. They informed us of any policies/regaulations ahead of time so that we would be aware and answered any questions honestly. The communication is great here.
Been here on two separate occasions, firstly I had a supernumerary tooth removed, I believe Dr. Petersen was my surgeon then. Second time, I got my wisdom teeth removed, Dr. Brown was my doctor this time. The registration was nice, wait times were not bad, nurses and the doctors were very nice and took care of me well, they explained my procedure well and the aftercare. I would go back to Winchester again!
