The staff was friendly, caring, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. Dr. Simmons was patient, super thorough and took the time to explain everything to me clearly and in great detail which truly helped ease my pre-surgery anxiety. The post-op instructions were simple and easy to follow, and I felt calm and supported the entire time. Their kindness, knowledge, and compassion made a scary situation so much easier. I had an awesome experience and I highly recommend.
An efficient, competent set of professionals with impeccable bedside manner! Had a stellar experience right from the front desk to the surgeon to the surgical assistants!! Dr. Simmons was extremely patient and skilled.with a set of teeth that have seen both good and bad days, I have visited Dr. Simmons’ practice at least three times in the past 13 years and each time, my trust in skilled hands is reaffirmed!! I first saw Dr. Simmons a couple of years ago for an extraction and implant, and his care was excellent. Recently, I returned to him for an issue with that implant. My dentist suggested a bone graft, and I had also consulted two other oral surgeons — but Dr. Simmons was by far the most patient, thorough, and thoughtful. He clearly explained all of my options and recommended a conservative approach: removing the crown and allowing the inflammation to heal, rather than jumping to surgery. He also explained how my bite could be contributing to the issue, which made everything much clearer. Dr. Simmons knows the ins and outs of his own practice, which made the experience feel professional and transparent. I’ve scheduled my upcoming extraction with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an oral surgeon who takes the time to explain, listen, and do what’s truly best for the patient.
Dr. Simmons and his team were kind and attentive from the initial evaluation onward. The facility is pleasant and impeccably clean. Yesterday was my surgery to remove four wisdom teeth, the receptionist was welcoming and the process was clearly explained. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey J. Simmons ; I have not needed any pain medication, and the postoperative instructions provided verbally and in writing were clear and easy to follow.
