The person who scheduled my appointment worked hard to get me in sooner, whenever there was a cancellation, she let me know. Doctor Bill was so kind and gave me excellent feedback, explaining everything so I could understand my options. The nurse was also excellent and sensitive to my concerns. I highly recommend this office, very professional and top notch.
The staff was wonderful and helpful during a stressful time (wisdom teeth extraction!) The doctor was very kind and made sure I was comfortable (and numb!). The procedure was super quick and easy! Thanks!
My experience with Dr. William Grosdidier was better than I could’ve imagined! He was very reassuring through the whole process and my extraction was very quick. Would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!
I got my wisdom teeth out at Oral Associates and they were very kind to me and reassured me everything would be okay. They let me bring in my blanket so I’d be comfortable as they put me under. The after care instructions are straight forward and you can call the hospital anytime if you need anything. It’s very nice.
I generally have a good experience with Oral Surgery Associates. Been going to them for years and always have a decent experience with them. The only complaints I would have is 1. I should have been given eye protection during the procedure, seems like it would be pretty standard. 2. That even though my dentist sent my information including ex rays they still had me have two more ex rays. Just more money added to the bill at that point imo. Other than that they do good work and its relatively painless. -Chris
