The wisdom teeth consultation was fast but focused, and the take-home information was great. We had to reschedule my daughter’s appointment due to illness, and they were understanding and got us rescheduled to fit our crazy calendar right before the holidays. The recovery nurse and the doctor were so patient and calm with us, as my daughter took a bit more time to come around. We were sent home with good instructions, and the office was patient and caring when I called with questions several days later. If my son requires his wisdom teeth to be removed, I will not hesitate to return to this office.
From the moment I entered the facility until the end of my appointments I was put at ease with warm smiles and outstanding customer service. I had several questions but never asked them because I was briefed thoroughly on all the procedures that would take place during my visit. The facility is very clean and they sent me emails and text messages to ensure I didn't forget about my appointments. I'm comfortable saying this is one of the best operations I have ever had the pleasure of being involved with.
This is the best oral surgery place I have ever been to. The entire staff is absolutely phenomenal. As soon as I called to schedule a appointment everyone was so kind. Thank you so much Val,Jennifer,Misty,Dr.McAndrews,Tony and Cindy for giving me five star service. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.
Dr. Wolf and his staff were amazing. My husband, Edward was very impressed and satisfied with their professionalism and the treatment that he received during his first appointment visit.
Ravi Chandran "Freddy Cougar'd" my young son's gums. The orthodontist could not believe what he was seeing. Do not bring yourself or a family member to this oral surgeon. He even argued with me about my child's age! I think I'd know something like that. I'd give zero stars if I could. Save yourself.
