Our offices combine the latest surgical technologies and expertise of a large metropolitan facility, delivered locally to 11 Atlanta area locations. At Oral Surgery Associates & Dental Implant Centers, we take pride in providing outstanding surgical treatment and have offered the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery for more than 35 years. We cover the full scope of procedures including removal of wisdom teeth, dental extractions, and diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases. In additional to routine oral surgery procedures, our practice places special emphasis on aspects of dental implant surgery, including advanced bone grafting and computer-guided surgery for previously impossible cases. Our doctors also preform the minimally invasive Teeth-In-An-Hour advanced guided surgery and the Teeth-In-A-Day whole-mouth reconstructive surgery.

I had an excellent experience with my oral surgeon and his entire team. The communication was clear, thorough, and reassuring. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable and understood before moving forward. I don't normally write reviews but the service and care I received at this practice was the best in my entire life. First, my impacted wisdom tooth extraction was so quick and easy (to me at least), I could have sworn it only took a couple of minutes. The employees of this practice are incredibly skilled! Next, they really listened to my concerns about pain after my previous extractions, and offered me a care plan that met my needs. Lastly, the ladies at the front desk are certified angels. Despite my pharmacy losing all medication orders, the employees at this practice worked hard, even past close, to ensure I would not be without pain medications going into the weekend. I'm not sure what her name was, but whoever it was deserves a raise! Happy to provide date/time details as well if needed. Thank you all again! :)

The staff was nice but I had all my bottom teeth out and they put my dentures in, he did not shave my bone down like he supposed too! So now my dentures sticks out. I had called and made a complaint and they called back and was like wow let me get u back in, I ended up getting sick n couldn’t go(a month later) my insurance shoukd not have to pay again for something that should have been done right and me having to go through another surgery!
