Powered by GoogleExtremely unfit to be in the medical field, claimed crowding cannot be caused by wisdom teeth, despite us coming in for wisdom tooth removal for said reason. Continued on to say we had attitude, and was extremely rude to us, he had an ego fueled shut down where he refused to listen to a word we said. If he does not know the basics of his own occupation then he is dangerous to have handling your oral surgery and I would not recommend it unless you want damage resulting from it.
I was referred to this office by my regular dentist for a procedure. Office staff was friendly. As I was filling out the paperwork they wanted mine and my husband's SS numbers I was the defiantly not give his, and was told they couldn't see me if I didn't, So I left.
I got my wisdom teeth pulled in 2017 and had a terrible time, paid their anesthesiologist up front, and still had issues with their offices thinking I payed them. Not to mention I was in and out of his offices in a matter of 1/2 an hour with all 4 teeth gone and swelling for 2 weeks due to carelessness and professionalism on Dr Burgeron’s part. Had siblings who went to dentists and their surgery took 2 hours and swelling was gone in a matter of days. I recently got a credit report that says I STILL owe them despite paying up front. DO NOT VISIT THESE OFFICES.
Unfortunately, I found Dr. Holloway to be an extremely incompetent, oral surgeon. Waited two months for an appointment. The first time they removed a tooth, I had a vagal reaction which caused me to become faint This time I chose to show up having taken something to calm myself down that was prescribed because they refused to do IV sedation because all I had was a taxi cab to pick me up And then, because I took medication prior to signing the medical release, refused to do the surgery and because I got offended refused to reschedule the surgery. If there is one thing in this world that we need are professional medical providers. Dr. Holloway is not a professional he’s vindictive. There are several different oral surgeons and dentists in the peninsula. I would highly recommend choosing another one.
Not happy with my experience with them. I waited three weeks for my appointment for them to call me and reschedule it to the next week and didn’t tell me one thing about financials until RIGHT before I’m about to get a sedation to get my wisdom teeth. Very rude that we had this procedure planned for over three weeks and they never once talked to me about anything financial related yet expect me to fork out over $1400 up front right before they are about to sedate me. I talked to my insurance beforehand and they told me $105 and if there was anything over that they would bill it to me. NOT $1400 up front! Took today off of work, my boyfriend took a few hours off of work and for what? They need to get this strait and talk to patients about even a rough estimate BEFORE the day of the surgery. Very upset with my experience with them. Make sure that you get that information beforehand because what kind of person in my age range has $1400 to fork out with no knowledge of it previously? Don’t go here if possible!!!
