Dr. Moe was absolutely 100% amazing the BEST ORAL SURGEON I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! She gets 5 stars from me along with her AMAZING assistant, Alex! Got my wisdom teeth removed this morning 11/25/25 The reason i’m giving 4 stars is because some of your front desk employees need to be talked to about better customer service! Yesterday while I was on the phone with “SUE” i was explaining my situation to her and in mid sentence she CUT ME OFF AND blurted out “DOB!” definitely rubbed me the wrong way but the younger lady who i encountered this morning was friendly, sweet, and nice and got me checked in asap 💕
I had to have my upper third molar tooth extracted due to a three year infection with swollen gums and a bump. I would have liked my second Root Canal to have worked, but it didn't. So the finale, was with the only female doctor, of Oral Surgery Associates, which I greatly appreciated, Dr. Moe along with her assistant. She was the greatest because I asked a lot of questions about the process and procedures. Dr. Moe explained things very well. The whole procedure took 15 minutes. The wait time was for local anesthetics to take effect which wasn't difficult at all. I received my instructions for after care and a prescription. I recommend this place and this doctor for treatment of your troubling oral needs.
I think Dr. Justine Moe and her team did a great job on my wisdom teeth extractions this was a friendly staff with a calm setting. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, Ive been following all pre op and post op instructions to a T and can honestly say I was worried for nothing my jaw is swollen with light stiffness but no pain or throbbing on extraction sites this was my first surgery so I was a little nervous but once I closed my eye It felt like in a blink of an eye I was done, I appreciate their work, you can tell they really care about their work and the people theyre helping.
I've been wanting my frenulum removed or reduced for several years and bow was the time. I went in to have the procedure and everything was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Moe and Courtney were exceptional!! I even received a follow-up call in the afternoon to check on my recovery. A+++
They did amazing! I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was super nervous going in and they helped me feel calm before even starting anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone
