Patient Reviews
Powered by GoogleI had my wisdom teeth out in my 40’s and they took good care of me and were so caring. My husband had his out in October and they were excellent. Dr Rickman and the nurses called to check on him several times. They go above and beyond to take care of their patients. 5 star review!
Dr. Sammons and his staff was incredible. I had never been under anesthesia and they made the whole experience a great one. Highly recommend! If I ever need anymore dental surgery done I'll definitely be back here!
This place is terrible. They are all very rude and dont care about the patients. My daughter wsnt 1-8-26 and got all 4 of her wisdom cut out. Including getting up and walking to the back and to a room and then back out to my car it was less than 15 minutes. Dr. Rickman was so short came out said she's done everything is great pull to the side well bring her out and took off. They wouldnt allow me back there with her. 2 women brought her out down the stairs not even able to hold her head up or eyes open and no idea what was going on. All they said to me was emma sure likes to sleep. They didnt give her nothing for pain we had an hour and a half trip home. Her mouth was so swollen soon as they brought her out that she was choking on the gauze and couldnt speak. She screamed crying the whole way home. She went back 01-11-26 to see the on call dr. He was dropping gloves had no idea how to fix the chair my daughter was sitting in and cramed a syringe in each hole in her mouth and she was in so much pain. Not a care. Threw this whole time she cant feel her tongue or taste and it hurts so bad. I call Wednesday and they have me bring her back and again everyone was so ill amd could have cared less. He looked at her then poked a few places on her tongue and said it could be no feeling or taste for months or permanent damage my daughter broke down crying he left the room and the nurse handed me 2 prescriptions and sent us on our way. Mind you we were never made aware of this happening before surgery. My daughter is so scared amd maybe if they wasnt going so fast and risking them in and out in less than 15 minutes damage may not occur. Now my daughter is 18 and just starting her life and cant feel her tongue talk right it hurts and so much swelling and she cant do anything but liquids over a week after. This place is terrible.
Mrs. Kim, the office manager was really helpful in helping with the insurance for our son procedure to get approved. She went to bat, in making them aware that his procedure was necessary as well as the anesthesia needed to complete his procedure. We really appreciate OSA.
I have experience with this business with two children. And I would give two separate 1/2 star reviews if I could. The consult process is atrocious, the wait is 1-2 hours despite having a scheduled appointment so plan to block out an entire afternoon. After surgery they give maybe a 10 minute recovery time and then walk patients out the door down a set of stairs while still experiencing the effects of the sedation. They told my daughter they had another patient scheduled and needed to get her out of the room after she mentioned to them that she still didn’t feel well. They just don’t have safe practices and don’t seem to have much compassion.
