    This place is a mess would not recommend anyone getting any service done at this particular location. Poor Customer Service. Very Long Wait Times. When I arrived at my appointment for my daughter, another woman was yelling at the front desk staff. She claimed to be waiting an hour after her appointment time. They rescheduled my daughters procedure to another date claiming it was because she needed to be scheduled with a particular dentist. I feel they rescheduled because they were way behind with patients because the lady yelling was saying she was sitting an hour past her appointment. My daughter & I agreed to be rescheduled. We remained positive and went with the switch. On the day of her appointment we arrived 10 minutes late due to I -25 traffic. The front desk lady called my phone but I was parking my truck and hurrying inside to check in. I arrived and let them know my daughters name. The front desk lady said "I called you" I said I was in the parking lot and I figured since I was right here I could check in, in just a second.. She said you were more than 10 minutes late! I have to cancel the appointment and reschedule. I looked at the clock and it was literally 1 minute past her scheduled appointment. I politely reminded her that we were re-scheduled last time and we made it exactly 10 minutes late due to traffic. She said the dentist has something they have to leave for and if they accepted my daughter it would make the dentist late.. So they said they couldn't re-schedule my daughter right away either because they do not have the December schedule.. Its a simple procedure my daughter is needing to get done & at this point it has been put out for an extremely long time due to the scheduling of this place. First they over scheduled patients and were way behind, next the dentist wants to leave and the patient suffers. No flexibility or care about the patient time or consideration how my daughter was pulled out of school on both the appointment days but no procedure was done! I will never use this place again! If you value your time schedule your work somewhere else. You will be sitting in the waiting room all day. If you ask to many questions they get snappy as if they take your questions personal. At the end of the day I'm just trying to get a simple procedure done.. I will be going somewhere else!

    Carmen was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made my visit pleasant. Whole team is amazing and Dr. Sedhom is the best! I was nervous they made me feel at ease. Very organized team! 100% recommend.

    Hello, I would like to file an official complaint regarding the situation that occurred during my visit to your clinic, Oral Surgery Center. I was denied medical service solely because I do not speak English. When I offered to use a live phone translator — a person who could translate everything in real time — I was also refused. Your staff told me that the translator must be physically present in the clinic, which is an unreasonable requirement and makes it impossible for many patients to receive care. In addition to refusing to help me, the staff at the reception mocked me, behaved arrogantly, and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. This behavior is unprofessional, humiliating, and completely unacceptable in a medical facility. This means that if a person does not speak English, your clinic will not provide assistance, even if the patient is in severe pain and needs urgent dental treatment. I had to leave without the care I urgently required. This situation caused me significant stress and emotional discomfort. I request that you: 1. Conduct an internal review of your staff’s actions. 2. Provide an explanation for why I was denied service even when a live phone translator was available. 3. Address the rude, mocking, and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff. 4. Ensure that patients who do not speak English can receive medical care using available translation options, including phone or remote translators. If this issue is not addressed, I will file a complaint with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and with my insurance provider.     The Oral Surgery Center is always clean and well-kept, and the staff is incredibly nice. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    Good experience for having a biopsy and removal of an unknown small white growth inside my mouth. Receptionists were friendly and helpful and the Dr. answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were able to squeeze me in the same day as my consult and save me from having to wait to do the procedure at a later date. Procedure was painless and took less than 10 minutes. Lots of available parking at this location and the office was clean. Quite happy with the service I received here!
