Very good and beautiful people
This location is awesome. The staff was exceptional, especially Kerry, George, and Dr. Morlandt.
First of Dr. Kinard was great. The staff lacked something to be desired. First we got there and they haven’t gotten my brothers records. They had us sign a “self pay” and payed $135 before we were even ask if he had insurance. Then after we seen Dr. Kinard we were to wait in the room. When they finally came in 15 minutes before they were closing. He said they “ forgot about us” and that UAB would call us. Meanwhile the people outside sounded like they were having a party. The front desk was unable to tell me about the insurance details. but I never got an explanation of why we were charged a self pay fee when this was a medical visit.
