This practice, the oral surgeons and entire staff is great. I needed a back tooth removed-it was killing me. They got me in quickly, did a consult and the next day Dr. Hoang did the extraction which was pretty fast and about as painless as an extraction could be. Everyone explained everything clearly and patiently. Front desk was great. All around great experience, i do and will highly recommend them.
My dentist referred me to Oral Surgery Consultants of Philadelphia. Upon arrival, I ended up waiting an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes for my consultation. While I was waiting, the receptionists openly discussed other clients in front of patients, which felt very unprofessional. I was also charged for an X-ray during the visit. I had planned to schedule my wisdom teeth removal the same day (for a later date), but I was told I would need to wait until the office confirmed whether my insurance would cover the procedure. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism at the front desk. However, the office itself was very clean and clearly busy with many patients. Good luck to future visitors.
I wanted to take this time to Thank Dr Huang and his crew. For the past three months I’ve needed two extractions . My experience with has been phenomenal. Your office provides excellent care and at a time when volume is more important than quantity this is rare. Again thank you Dr Huang and crew . I will definitely recommend your facility to friends and family
The front desk was great my first visit with Dr Huang was good but second visit was rushed he student explained everything great but he came in with the local and pulled my tooth right after no waiting…to make sure I’m numb ..he was very minimal with me.
From the moment we walked in the office the receptionist were very helpful and very friendly. The Dr explained everything so clearly and answered our questions. Wanted to add an update. My son just had his wisdom teeth extracted. Doctor Nam is fantastic and the staff is so nice. They all took such great care of him. They answered all out questions clearly. I would highly recommend them.
