Absolute top notch! I cannot thank Dr. Reid and his staff enough. I was dealing with a significant pain for five weeks. I was originally referred to a different oral surgeon and was told that my issue would resolve itself. Needless to say, this was not the case. I subsequently saw Dr. Reid. He and his staff sat down with me and took their time, diagnosing and explain explaining what was going on. Shortly after this visit, I had a tooth extracted. Dr. Reid and his staff completely had me at ease. The procedure was virtually painless. On top of this, it was quick and throughout the entire procedure I felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you all for your dedication, compassion, and competency. I seriously doubt anyone looks forward to oral surgery, but if I ever have to go through this again, Dr. Reid is the only surgeon I will see. Sincerely, Anthony
I was definitely skeptical about seeing all the 5 star reviews but i went in about a month ago to get 4 wisdom teeth out, two that were impacted. The consultation appointment was great and i felt super welcomed as soon as i walked in. The front desk ladies are so so nice and matched my vibe no problem. The surgeon was super friendly too, and answered all the questions i had (no matter how small or weird they were), and when i went in for the actual surgery they gave me the intravenous sedation, put a blanket on me, put on good music, and the next minute I was being woken up and told that they were all done. I almost wish they were also a regular dentist office, id go back 100%.
When I had my first consultation, I was super terrified of the idea of anesthesia. Dr. Reid sat down and let me spew out all of my fears and happily gave me all of the facts regarding all of my fears and even provided alternative actions they could take. Just his actions that first day of sitting and taking time to listen to me, was amazing. Fast forward day of surgery, I still had anxiety and he and his staff were so absolutely amazing in every step of the way. 12/10 would recommend Dr. Reid and his staff as being comforting, helpful, and most importantly extremely competent and compassionate!!
I quite literally just left maybe an hour or two ago and got all four of my wisdom teeth out, the staff was so comforting and kind even while I was crying. The blonde lady with pretty eyes and tattoos, give her a raise PLEASE! She made me feel so safe and comfortable with the entire ordeal and just made it an all round better experience for me while I was freaking out. I love and appreciate everyone here🖤
My daughter needed two teeth removed due to a crowding problem. First of all the office staff (especially Kat) worked with me on rescheduling numerous times due to work conflicts. She was always pleasant and I never felt like a burden. On the day of the procedure Dr. Reid was amazing. He was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and connected with my daughter who was the patient. They worked with us to be sure my 8 year old was comfortable and not anxious. The office was clean and bright. We both left there feeling that we had the best service possible. Definitely recommend!
