Dr Troyer is the man!! He extracted a wisdom tooth within mins. No pain whatsoever, very minimal bleeding after. Couldn’t believe it was done so quick. Stephanie his assistant was good to me during the whole process, explaining the process & getting me ready. She was very caring!! I recommend them both 10/10!!!
Super awesome staff! Check-in process was very quick, went back to my room to watch a video, talked to Dr. Shumate, who was amazing! And before I knew it, all my wisdom teeth were out. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half, though it didn’t feel like that long at all! Recommending this place and Dr. Shumate to everyone I know that needs to get their wisdom teeth removed!
My experience with the Newburgh location was deplorable from the first appointment. They were rude, judgmental, non-compassionate, unorganized, and deceitful. That goes for management as well. Will never recommend and will warn absolutely anyone who plans on using Oral Surgery group.
I'm trying to decide where to get a single implant. I called Oral Surgery Group to ask a couple of questions. The receptionist said they couldn't answer questions and that I needed to schedule and pay for a consultation. I told her I was trying to determine where the best place was to have this procedure. I asked, "Are you saying I have to pay for a consultation at every place I'm considering when I just want to know what materials you use?" She laughed and said yes, that's what I need to do. If any business refuses to answer simple questions, I'm going somewhere else.
It’s hard to believe that I can give someone who pulled my tooth 5 stars, but yet, here I am. Dr Edwards is great. Very personable and easy to talk to. No pain during, and the procedure was quick. I’m still numb, so I can’t speak to future pain yet. 😁
