Very friendly, warm and professional staff! Excellent oral surgeons and welcoming office. Dr. Hironaka was so kind, supportive and very helpful in addressing my issue. He was very knowledgeable and I felt at ease with his support. Dr. Quintana was also very thorough and supportive in follow up care. Trista has always been super supportive, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain any questions you may have. She always makes you feel at ease. Thank you all for making my experience so easy!
Doctor staff is phenomenal. My issue was with the front desk and billing department. This provider was out of network for me and I had to prepay 100%. After my initial visit, the front desk extended a courtesy discount of nearly $300 which they added back as a charge on the back end. Because nothing was in writing, I was powerless in getting resolution. Front desk referred me to billing who never returns calls. Love the doctor staff. Beware. Get everything in writing when dealing with the front desk.
The Doctor was very thorough when explaining what the procedure would entail and he was very professional. He made my son and I feel less apprehensive about the upcoming procedure. The staff were very efficient and courteous. Highly recommend.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed without incident. Dr Hironaka and his assistants provided excellent care. The front office worked with me regarding an insurance question. I am really happy with the overall care provided.
By far the best dentist so far he is awesome very friendly and professional explains everything which just made me feel so comfortable. If I ever need to have oral surgery I will be choosing him. The staff are also amazing nothing bad to say.
