My first experience with extracting a wisdom tooth and Dr Eva Kiezik was done within minutes, I was impressed!! From the beginning consultation to the end of my procedure it took maybe 30 minutes! They were so wonderful and made me feel very comfortable the entire time! They kept asking if I was ok or if I had any questions! There was no pain at all from the numbing medicine to the extraction, I didn’t feel a thing! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! They are Professional, Personable and Caring at the same time! Thank you Dr Kiezik and Kira!! You both were amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had the most unprofessional experience here I’ve ever had at any doctors office ever. Our dentist at kahuku dental referred us to this center for my son’s wisdom teeth removal. We went to the consultation expecting exactly that a consult to eventually book the wisdom teeth removal and they wouldn’t let my husband leave with out paying a $180 consult fee!!! What!? I’ve never heard of anyone charging you a consult fee WITH OUT making it clear ahead of time. When I called I was never told there was a fee, it was a complete shock. Because my husband didn’t know this was abnormal he paid it. When I found out I immediately called, emailed and left messages. I assumed at the very least the consult fee would go towards the surgery if we booked it, nope - It was just a fee they took and it would not go towards surgery. I left messages for the office to call me back, they never did, they never followed about surgery for my son. They were insanely unprofessional and down right rude. When I told my dentist they were SHOCKED! I certainly hope they will not send another referral to this place or I hope that my experience was a one off because I was really put off by their awful service.
I sought a same-day procedure, hoping that someone would take on my daughter’s case. Luckily, Oral Surgery Hawaii was able to squeeze us in. My daughter recently went in for a four-wisdom-tooth extraction, and Dr. Eva P. Kiezik flawlessly conducted the procedure. We were looking for the best oral surgeon on Oahu, and we found it. Thanks to Dr. Kiezik and the staff for your outstanding efforts, professionalism, and excellent service. The office was immaculate and the location was very convenient.
Dr Kiezik and all the office staff were great! I was so nervous for my wisdom teeth extraction. They kept me comfortable and the whole process was pretty quick and pain free.
