I was referred by Dr Corey Crouse to see Dr Kiecik. I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist who assisted me with paperwork. She was very pleasant upon entering the dental room. The technician took my x-rays in a very professional manner, always explaining what to do and what she was doing at each step of the way when Dr was able to come in, she explained everything thoroughly numbed me up and after a few minutes, she returned to perform the procedure what she did very expeditiously I am very happy with the team at oral surgery. Hawaii and I will refer anyone who needs oral surgery to this firm. I cannot speak highly enough about the good care that I received. I want to thank the Dr and her team for everything Mahalo Robert, Lynch.
I just got my wisdom teeth extracted like an hour ago and all i can say is amazing hospitality !! the doctor who did my procedure talked me through everything and was very respectful and responsive of my needs. the assistant and intern did amazing and i loved being a part of someone’s classroom! i had a great experience and THEY LET ME KEEP MY TEETH!!! would recommend 1000% :)
I had such a great experience at this oral surgery office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Jaylyn and Ros, the dental surgery assistants, were incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. They explained each step, kept me comfortable, and made the entire experience feel so much less stressful. Dr. Thomas Yamamoto was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions, which really helped calm my nerves. The procedure itself was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. I could tell Dr. Yamamoto genuinely cared about my well-being and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Yamamoto, along with Jaylyn and Ros—you’ll be in excellent hands!
Oral Surgery HI is highly recommended as a first rate oral surgery office. I had a consultation on having a tooth pulled and implant done. My anxiety was high as I’d never been there before but the superb staff and Dr Eva Kiezik put me at ease. Of special note, I was blessed to have Dr. Eva Kiezik appointed as my surgeon. She went over every detail of the process and explained my X-rays in uncomplicated terms so I completely understood everything. I have total confidence that she will do everything possible to ensure the best possible outcome.
I came in here for an emergency tooth extraction, they took me the same day. I had had a really traumatic experience in the past when I had my wisdom teeth extracted. Lots of pain and unprofessional treatment. I briefly explained the situation to Dr. Blake Kitamura who reassured me and promised to go easy, and he did. His assistants were also excellent, particularly Jose. They took the time to answer my questions and they communicated exceptionally well throughout the procedure. I immediately felt at ease from the start. I didn’t feel a thing. Aftercare instructions were also provided. I would definitely recommend coming here for similar procedures.
