Arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Once that was done, a short wait and then back to the surgical room. All of my questions and concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Doctor and assistants were amazing and very upbeat and positive! Once we got down to business, everything went smoothly and I was on my home in no time! Absolutely the best experience! I highly recommend and will not be going anywhere else for my dental work!!!
I had a broken tooth extracted. All of the employees were great. Friendly and helpful. The Dr explained everything. After I was numbed up, the procedure went well. The Dr warned me that the tooth would probably not come out without breaking. And he was right. There was no pain. The aftercare was explained well. Although having a tooth extracted is not a 'good' experience, I am happy that mg dentist recommended Oral Surgery in Dakota Dunes.
Never been here before but Dr Phillips and Sheri were awesome they made me feel relaxed. He explained what he was going to do he was very thorough and it literally took him about 10-15 minutes and my tooth was out. I would recommend this office to anyone who’s needing a tooth pulled.
Mercedes really made this a really great experience, her care towards us clients made me feel like I was taken care of instead of just another “customer” I’d give her a 10/5 stars! Overall from the front desk to the assistants all the way to the recovery it was all a seamlessly top service day!
Dr. Nordby and the whole staff are GREAT!!! I couldn’t believe how easy my extraction and implant went. They kept me informed the whole way!
