This place is awesome from beginning to end. The receptionist was great, very patient and helpful. Nurse Jennifer was great. She explained a lot for me. Dr. Odom was excellent, he is very patient, caring, kind and you could tell he loves his job. He explained every step that he was going to take and cares for his patients pain and comfort during the process. I also loved the fact that he reached out later in the day to see how I was doing personally which was a big bonus for me and he answered any questions that I forgot to ask during the appointment. I will definitely be recommending the facility and Dr. Odom to other people. Thank you all for the great care that I received.
Was very nervous getting a tooth extracted. Paige and Dr. Odom made me comfortable and explained every step of the procedure. It was over before I knew it! Have already made an appointment for an additional procedure. Very happy with their good work .
I was terrified to have a tooth extracted Ted but Dr. Christline and his nurse Jennifer did a great job. They had excellent bedside manner, were very professional, and were extremely proficient in removing my tooth. They sent me home with detailed aftercare instructions. If I ever need another tooth extracted or operated on I won’t hesitate to use them again
Dr. Harvey and the staff that handled my tooth extraction were great! The procedure was smooth and seamless. He even called to find out how I was doing— fantastic! Currently, healing well. This isn’t a critique of the lady on the front desk in anyway, because she treated me respectfully and was nice; I was just set aback a little that I had to pay for my tooth extraction before I was ushered in to see my surgeon for my surgery. Perhaps, this is just how the clinic operates and no fault of hers: payment before service. But it’s just a bit odd. Nothing really wrong with that, but not the best practice for a clinic, perhaps!
As far as going to the dentist for a tooth pull this was actually a pretty good experience. Great people but most importantly no pain during or after. Would definitely not mind going to this dental surgeon and staff again. Thanks!
