I had a great experience at this dental office! Dr. Lane Haws was very professional and talented, and my wisdom tooth removal went smoothly. My recovery also went well, and I didn’t experience any complications afterward. The dental assistants were incredibly friendly, professional, and empathetic. I was very nervous about my appointment, but they were so supportive and helped me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. It was comforting to know I was in the hands of a team that shows such genuine care and kindness. I highly recommend this dental team to anyone looking for skilled professionals who truly care about their patients!
So far ive only gone in for the consultation but from the front desk to the Tech to the Dr to the care coordinator this place is a 5 star facility. I was treated with respect and concern by 100% of the staff i came into contact with. Tina, Dr William and Kelly were great.. I dont know the names of the 2 ladies at the front desk, I wish I did because they play a huge roll in making clients feel welcome and at ease. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Dr and all the staff were so kind. Everything was explained to me as we went along on my appointment. I was very nervous and they put me so much at ease and that meant so much to me!
I hate going to the dentist let alone having oral surgery. But.....the moment I walked through the office doors the staff was friendly and welcoming. When they called me back I got a full scan. It was easy and painless. The exam room was first class, clean, neat and everything I would hope for. When Dr William Hull, came to consult with me he discussed my scan and explained all my options. You could tell he what he was talking about but expained it in a way I could understand. He answered all my questions and helped figured out the right plan for my mouth. Dr Hull is Amazing!!! During my procedure he talked me through each step as he was doing it. I felt NO pain during the procedure and I am exremely happy with my results. After surgery the is office did a follow call and SO did Dr Hull. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Dr Hull!!!
Oral Surgery Michiana provided an excellent experience. The procedure was very fast, the staff was professional and friendly, and the service overall was outstanding. They accepted my dental insurance without any issues, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great care, great treatment, and excellent service. Highly recommended.
