I was actually dumbfounded at how poor my experience was at this facility. The efficiency was non existent. They didn’t bring me back for my appointment until an hour after I had gotten there (even with arriving early). Took an unnecessary x-ray, I assume just so they could bill insurance. The doctor looked in my mouth for a total of 2 seconds max, and confirmed that the teeth in question needed to come out.(which is redundant because obviously the broken teeth need to come out)but then proceeded to try upselling me to get my 2 wisdom teeth out. Completely disregarding my wishes or want for myself. This doctor I just got the feeling they are money hungry and have no real care for the person sitting in front of them. Sorry doc, but your Christian music you had blaring in your office, doesn’t match who you morally are as a person. It was evident throughout my entire experience. You may get away with this act with other patients, but clearly more than myself is able to see through that facade. To top it all off, got to pay $115 for a visit that completely wasted my time and wasted a day off work. I guess on the plus side the staff was nice.
Dr Johnson did one of my dental implant. He is so cool have a smile on his face all the time . He is very talented and intelligent .He treats his patients like his own family. Like we are no strangers to him. With in few min he did my implant I didn’t even notice when he started and the implant was done . Excellent service . Staff is very friendly . The nurses and the front desk clerks all were very nice. If I have to do this ever again I know where I am going to go. Dr Johnson you are the best. 😊

If I could give 10 stars I would!! My husband had surgery today and the staff and doctor he saw was beyond amazing and friendly. By far the best experience that we have ever had. While I waited in the lobby they had good quality music playing and seriously just the best experience!! 10/10 will recommend every time to anyone!!
My primary DDS in Benton referred me to Dr Johnson to have my wisdom teeth removed. I'll admit, I have fear anxiety when thinking of this type of procedure. Dr Johnson and his staff made me completely comfortable with the procedure on my initial consultation. The day of the surgery, Dr Johnson said it'd take him about 30 minutes. The moment I got in the chair, the nurse asked me a few questions, placed the gas on my nose and then in walked Dr Johnson. He made me feel very relaxed. He proceeded to place the IV and within 2 minutes I was out. The next thing I recall was I was setting in my vehicle. I asked my driver how long it took and she said it wasn't 25 minutes after they took me back that they were wheeling me out to the car. Dr Johnson "did" have to cut the teeth out. I experienced NO PAIN or discomfort and was VERY pleased with the staff and care I received. I highly recommend Dr Johnson!!!! Thanks Dr Johnson and staff!!!!!
