I had 2 teeth pulled today by Dr Shapiro and his team of assistants. All staff were friendly and professional which made me feel very comfortable.He was very good, making sure I knew what to expect from the beginning to the end. They also sent supplies and directions home with me. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needed very competent professionals for root canals or an oral surgeon. They were all excellent.
Dr Shapiro and the whole team are great! The office staff are caring and informative to answer questions and make the appointment. Dr Shapiro himself explains what his plan is and is very straight forward. I loved that he tells you what he is doing as it happens during your procedure! He is calm and does his job wonderfully along with his assistants. I won’t hesitate to return for future dental work here!
I was very nervous going in but the staff made me feel very comfortable. After a tooth extraction I had minimal pain and was able to eat that night. i would definitely recommend Dr Shapiro and staff for your dental issues...
Very clean and tidy, friendly and approachable staff! Doctor was very thorough in explaining the steps to my root canal and post care. Nurses were super friendly and helped ease my anxiety about the appointment!
Dr. Shapiro removed a small spot from the side of my tongue. Both the Doctor and the nurse were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do. The procedure went smooth and was pretty much painless. I would highly recommend Dr. Shapiro and Oral Surgery Of Rhode Island.
