Doctor Brown and the team at Oral Surgery Plus were excellent today. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, organized, and made me feel calm and taken care of the entire time. Dr. Brown explained everything clearly, the procedure was quick, and they gave straightforward aftercare instructions that made it easy to know what to do once I got home. I’m really grateful for how professional and kind everyone was — highly recommend.
My 7-year-old son needed a few baby teeth removed due to a narrow arch, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The doctor, nurse, and entire staff were incredibly warm, kind, and reassuring. The anesthesiologist even called a few days beforehand to review my son’s history and walk me through the entire process, which gave me so much peace of mind. Everyone was truly wonderful.
Wow, such calm and wonderful staff to keep me from getting nervous. It was almost painless. The nurse who gave me the local anesthetic was so gentle and i've never had an easier time getting that dreaded numbing shot ! Surgery was calm, cool and done with such care and i loved being kept informed on what was happening. If you have to have oral surgery, they are the best!
Everyone I came in contact with was so kind and caring. Dr Sautter was very thorough and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I could not have had a better experience, I highly recommend Dr Sautter and the staff at Oral Surgery Plus.
Having anxiety due to past dental trauma, just making the appointment for 4 wisdom teeth extractions (at the age of 29) was personally difficult. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office setting or before any other kind of procedure in general. The nurses were incredibly accommodating. They treated me as kindly as an esthetician would before a relaxing spa treatment. I felt advocated for. If I’m being honest, this experience has made a healing difference towards my past dental trauma ❤️🩹Everyone from the front desk, nurses, to the surgeon -wish I could give beyond 5 stars.
