Staff was pleasant and professional. Dr. Brown's consult was quick, but informative. Scheduling found what worked best within the parameters of my work hours. She was informative about what my dental insurance covered and explained what I needed to do on the day of my surgery. A nice experience!
I had an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone was SO nice. Especially the gal who took me to the waiting room and got my vitals. They made me feel 100% comfy when getting my wisdom teeth taken out. doctor was cool. the nurse was nice. I’d go back 10/10!!!
I had two teeth pulled today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind, caring, and professional. They made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way and reassured me that I was in great hands — and they were right! The procedure went smoothly, and everyone’s warmth and compassion really helped calm my nerves. I’m so grateful for the amazing care I received. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!
The first thing my granddaughter, and I noticed was how clean and organized the front office was ,then when we went to the back, it took a little while. We sat there for about a 1 hour, but that office is very busy . when we got back there, Every single one of the nurses, the oral surgeon, everybody was just so informative and made my granddaughter feel pretty at ease.
I had to take my two boys in to get their wisdom teeth removed, and it turned out to be an incredible experience! My youngest, who is autistic, was nervous for his first time going under, but Candice, the amazing nurse, made all the difference. She was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure in a way that truly reassured him. Whenever he seemed uncomfortable, she would pause or slow down, engaging with him directly and respecting his feelings. It was so refreshing to see someone treat my son with genuine respect and communicate with him directly, making the whole experience so much more positive and empowering for him.
