I was very nervous and shocked I didn’t cancel! I had a really bad experience having my upper wisdom teeth out many years ago but this was so much better!! Everything went smoothly and seemed so fast. The staff were friendly and reassuring. They took their time explaining the process and made sure it was painless. They called this morning to check on me and explained that if I need anything to call. I’ve had little to no swelling and haven’t really needed the pain medication that was prescribed. I expected to be down most of the weekend recovering but the next morning I went grocery shopping and did some light housework. I am so glad my dentist recommended Dr. Smith!!!
Dr. Ferguson and his staff were extremely kind and nurturing the entire time. They understood my apprehension to have the procedure done and made sure that I was relaxed the entire time! They addressed all of my questions and ensured my understanding of what would be done! It was definitely a positive experience.
Dr. Smith is truly exceptional. He made me feel comfortable and completely at ease from start to finish. His professionalism, skill, and kindness meant so much to me. I’m so grateful for the excellent care!
The procedure went well but the post op instructions could have been more detailed. I did not know I was getting several prescriptions until I was already home. By the time the pharmacist had them ready it was almost 3 hrs since I left the office. I did not receive any suggestions on best way to clean the opening. I tried to call office but received no answer.
TRUST is the key word here, and I have trusted Dr Smith and his team for many years now. The office is friendly, they were able to get me in right away and my oral surgery was a breeze. Dr Smith is very talented. He was born to do what he does. I highly recommend Dr Demarcus Smith for all of your oral surgery needs.
