Patient Reviews
Powered by GoogleI had an amazing experience at Orange County Dental and felt compelled to share how great the entire team was. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. Tara, the hygienist, was outstanding. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, was gentle, professional, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She truly made the whole experience relaxing and stress-free. Doctor J was just as impressive—knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Together, they made what can normally be a nerve-wracking visit feel easy and comfortable. I’m really grateful for the level of care I received. The whole team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and it shows how much they care about their patients. Highly recommend Orange County Dental to anyone looking for a caring, professional dental office!
love this dentist. but especially Dr.Mac. I have autism and finding a dentist I feel comfortable with is quite the challenge. But doctor MAC deserves a raise! He is kind, caring, understanding and amazing at what he does. The numbing needle is scary for a lot of people but he always makes sure im fully numb and I dont feel a thing. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust, Dr. Mac is the guy.
The entire staff is incredible, understanding, and they really try their best to work with what you have! I highly recommend this office, beware of other practices in the middletown area. These people actually know what they're doing, and WILL take good care of you!
Do Not: Do Not go to Orange County Dental unless you want to get ripped off. My wife and I had appointments for cleanings today. When completed I was quoted $ 220 for my cleaning and $ 260 for my wife. And that's with their discount plan. I questioned why my wife's was so much. She's 88 and only has a few teeth. I guess I shouldn't have questioned it. By the time I reached the checkout station, about 15 feet, my cost went from $220 to $ 380 and hers went from $260 to $ 275. Mine then went from $ 220 to $ 380 to $ 325. I ended up being charged $ 600 for two cleanings and a few xrays. They polished and fluoride my wife's few teeth but didn't do either for mine. When I asked what the cost would be without the discount she told me $565 EACH. $ 600 for two cleanings and a few xrays. We weren't in the chairs more than 30 minutes. They gave us both appointments for future cleanings. Needless to say we will not need them and will never go back.
I have been going to County Dental for 18 years now, they are the best! Always on time for appointments, quick to get you back in if there’s an issue. All the staff are friendly and professional. Recently started seeing Brielle the hygienist and LOVE her! So gentle and kind! My 7yo son sees her too and is never scared to go back! She’s the best!
