Lacked respect for patient input. When I noticed a reminder for an appt, I called & tried to explain that I am 100% certain that I did not intentionally set an appt 6 months in advance, this must have been done by staff at my last appt without my consent. They refused to understand & charged me 50. As a clinic owner myself, I would have trusted the patient’s input & problem solved to prevent future missed appointments. Needless to say; my family will not continue services here, nor will I refer patients here. I will be relaying this occurrence to my credit card and hope that they can contest the charge.
I am fearful of the dentist.... this office n Dr Orme are INCREDIBLE!!!!! I couldn't be happier with my level of comfort there! They are kind, considerate, professional, friendly n just all around great office staff, dentist n assistants. I got 13 teeth pulled n dentures without sedation.... no problem cause they are so amazing!!! Before, I certainly would've been put under for that type of procedure. Thank you Dr Orme n your wonderful staff!!!!
While nobody (in their right mind) enjoys going to the dentist, Dr. Orme's office makes the experience an enjoyable one. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a warm front office staff. They quickly get you checked in, and on to a wonderful hygienist (Megan rocks!). Dr. Orme's hygienists are thorough, friendly, and give great tips to ensure that you maintain your oral health. Dr. Orme is hands down the best dentist I have ever had! He is extremely professional and does not rush. Best of all, he has a neighborly bedside manner and takes genuine interest in his patients. Wish I could give 6 Stars because Dr. Orme and staff knock it out of the park!
I really liked Dr.Orme. Upon calling back after going in for an emergency and talking to Mary I was shocked due to her insurance they won’t take her any more. I was told she could call back anytime. So we feel like they just removed her from there clinic, and no understanding. In regards to response for us it had nothing to do with insurance for us. I am not sure why they would just flat out refuse to see my daughter. Mary can be very direct and rude. I struggled even during the time we did go there because of Mary. Be careful she will deny you services after you have been seen for no apparent reason and doesn’t have much empathy. The fact that she didn’t understand the pain or struggle my daughter was having is just unacceptable for a providers office. Please be careful.
Dr. Orme is an excellent dentist and a really cool guy. He’s got a great staff working for him and runs a very professional dental practice. Myself and my family always feel very well taken care of here. Best dentist in town.
