I am not one to make reviews but this is truly the best dentist office I have ever been to. They are so accommodating, and thorough. I have never had such a meticulous new patient exam, it was amazing. And I have been back several time getting work done since then. Everyone from the receptionist desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist, to the office dog are amazing, welcoming and friendly. A lot of time at the dentist, you are lectured and feel as though you are being judged and that is not the case here. I would recommend this office to anyone! Love it!
This is the only dentist I think I will use for the rest of my life! I can't suggest it to enough people. They are so easy to work with, quick to schedule, consistent with follow ups and so friendly during the whole process. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and no matter what shape your teeth are in they make you feel good about being there! They will help you understand the state of your mouth and educate you on how to get where you should be. They provide you with information and tools to succeed and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. My teeth have never felt cleaner than when I go get my cleanings! And I feel confident when I get my dental plan knowing how much each appointment is going to cost and when I can get everything done. Not only is the staff friendly but they have the BEST office dog I've ever met. Deacon is friendly and sweet, he is a treat to hangout with really calms any nerves you might have about "going to the dentist" personally I went from dreading the dentist to look forward to every visit! 100/10
this has been my family's dentist since we moved here to kalamazoo back in 2010 and we love it! i had an emergency and they were able to get me in and get things all situated and taken care of. even when we needed a referral for more work, everything was handled timely and respectfully. I am always comfortable and happy when i need dental services knowing that i am a patient at this office. thank you for caring for my family and i over the years.
There is a reason why this office gets 5 big stars. Kind, compassionate. I believe they truly care about the well-being of their patients and it today's world that is no small thing. I would give them 20 stars, if I could
Lindsey my hygienist was wonderful. I have very sensitive gums. She was the first hygienist who could make my cleaning painless. I appreciated that so much. Dr Prathika and Dr. Nelson are very thorough with the exams. Wonderful dentists.
