Kimber did an amazing job as my dental hygienist! Owens dentistry does a fantastic job! Kimber is incredibly gentle, thorough, and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. My teeth have never felt so clean! They helped me out in a pinch and they gave me so much peace with the care that my son received. They had to ask for advice from another doctor and I got such a quick response! So grateful!
I had went to another dentist to get 16 extractions and dentures and a partial. I have 3 teeth left and was having severe pain in one of them. And I also had an ulcer from the denture rubbing. Eating/talking was so hard/painful. And I had daily severe headaches. I called my regular dentist and they said they couldn't get me in until the middle of January. (It is the end of Nov.) I was wondering how I was going to make it through the holidays! I even told them i was in alot of pain! SO I called OWENS FAMILY DENTISTRY and asked if they'd see me, they got me in the very next morning!! And the dentist I seen was absolutely amazing!! He told me that he couldn't believe they expected me to go through the holidays like that. He explained my denture was hitting my tooth causing it to bruise and that's why it was hurting. He adjusted them to where it's no longer causing me any pain, and also fixed the spot where the denture had given me an ulcer. And today is the 1st day that i dont have a constant headache. A day later and I already feel so much better! Last week was my birthday and I wanted to go out to eat and I had to order soup because it's the only thing I could eat! I have survived on soup and rice the past month. Lastnight after I was seen by Owen's family dentistry I was able to eat an actual meal and it was SO nice! I am very grateful. And I was treated with such respect and care. And I highly recommend this place. Everyone is so nice!
Always a wonderful experience. Everyone is very nice and respectful. I have never waited long when I arrive for my appointment. For people who have issues with going to the dentist. I felt safe the moment I walked in the door the first time and that has continued. I would recommend this office.
I started my experience with Dr. Owens, when I walked through the front door...The office was very clean and tidy. Barb, the office manager greeted me warmly, with a big smile...Jenny, my dental hygienist, escorted me to my treatment room... The dental chair was very comfortable! She proceeded to clean my teeth using a type of equipment that pulsated with water! It was AWESOME! Prevents all that scratching with dental instruments! Dr. Owens was a real pleasure to meet! He takes time with patients, which is a rarity these days! I left feeling VERY HAPPY, that I had the good fortune, to now be a patient of Dr. Owens🤗
