Office staff review - 5 STARS!! This is the third office I made an appt with. The first and second office showed being in my insurance network, but somehow were not. I traveled hours to these appointments just to be told I couldn’t be seen. HOWEVER, when I reached out to this office, they were so thorough. Perry is truly my hero! She not only assured me she would verify my in network insurance, but she also OFFERED to reach back out and let me know the results. Guess what?? SHE DID!!! She went above and beyond to help me. Just so good at her job and kind. So, if you need an oral surgeon, call Perry and she’ll get you all taken care of. Thank you, again, Perry!!!:)
Best dental or oral care i ever experienced. Very gentle and caring Dr and staff. I was surprised to have felt no pain or memory of the surgery! 100% satisfied with your service! Impressive! I would recommend anybody to you. Thank you all so very much!!
I cannot say enough good about my experience. I recently had to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I was extremely nervous, and not fond of the idea of anesthesia outside of a hospital setting. Dr.Baker did beyond amazing. My surgery was yesterday, and I have no swelling, no bruising, and minimal pain. He was very confident (which put me at ease), obviously skilled, and his bedside manner was top notch. He answered all of my questions about my concerns so kindly. 100% recommend Dr. Baker. Also, his dental assistant is fabulous as well!
Very impressed by the quality and professionalism of care at Ozark Oral & Maxillofacial surgery. Great communication beforehand and just a generally welcoming and friendly staff. Dr Baker was so kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and reassuring during the whole process, from the initial consultation and even when I was scared the moments before surgery he was so caring and great. All assistants directly after surgery were wonderful too. Everything went smooth and I highly recommend this surgery center.
I can’t say good enough things about my experience here. Went in for consultation on Monday, the doctor discussed my options with me with zero pressure, got scheduled for my extraction on Wednesday. They let me choose the music in the OR, was in and out in under 1.5 hours, received great aftercare papers, and even got a follow up call the next morning. Excellent experience and I’m in significantly less pain now. Highly highly recommend this great team of professionals!
