The best place for wisdom tooth removal!! Everything was extremely organized from start to finish. They called ahead of time to remind me of my appointment and clearly explained all the pre-procedure details (no eating or drinking, check-in time, designated driver, estimated payment, etc.). After the procedure, they thoroughly went over aftercare instructions and even followed up later to check on me and explain when to remove the gauze. The entire experience was absolutely comforting. Dr. Haruki made sure I understood every step and checked in with me to make sure I was okay throughout the process.

From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and at ease. They were accommodating and attentive throughout my entire visit. Dr. Oishi was fantastic! He was thorough, taking the time to explain the procedure as he performed it, which really helped put me at ease. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. The assistant was also incredibly friendly and kind, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed. I was equally happy with the post-op care, as the team provided clear instructions and followed up to ensure my recovery was going smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend Pacific Maxillofacial Center - Waipio to anyone in need of oral surgery. Their exceptional service, skilled professionals, and welcoming atmosphere truly set them apart.
Many thanks to Dr. Haruki for his thoughtful care and skills. Because of him, the area of oral surgery is in good recovery. I ask thank his assistant - she was very kind and made me feel comfortable for the surgery so as the receptionists were.
I was nervous about my extraction but Dr. Haruki and his staff were very nice and warming with video information and comforting support. It was a positive experience because they were all so sweet!
